1. Acceptance
By accessing api-flow.one or enrolling in programs described here, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site or services.
2. Services description
Api Flow provides marketing training materials, cohort-based learning experiences, and informational descriptions of programs. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, all offerings are educational and advisory in nature.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. You must be at least eighteen years old or have appropriate guardian authorization where required under Republic of Korea law.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, templates, and training materials are owned by Api Flow or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for internal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public reposting of paid materials without written permission is prohibited.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in ways that impair performance, harass staff or participants, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend access for violations.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law in the Republic of Korea, Api Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the site or programs. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in the Republic of Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
8. Termination and changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new last updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for breach. You may stop using the site at any time. Certain provisions survive termination where reasonable.
