1. Scope
This Money-Back Policy applies to paid academy modules and bundles purchased directly from Api Flow as described on api-flow.one. Separate enterprise agreements may supersede these rules when signed.
2. Eligibility window
Consumers in the Republic of Korea may withdraw from distance contracts within fourteen days of purchase without giving reasons, subject to exceptions below, in line with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
3. When full refunds apply
If you cancel within fourteen days before accessing downloadable materials or attending live sessions, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that module, processed within fourteen business days of approval.
4. Partial refunds and deductions
If services have begun with your consent before the fourteen-day period ends, we may deduct a reasonable amount corresponding to services already supplied. Bundles after week four follow tiered partial schedules disclosed at checkout.
5. Non-refundable items
Third-party fees, expedited shipping of physical materials (if any), or separately purchased add-on clinics are non-refundable once delivered or scheduled unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. How to request a refund
Email trust@api-flow.one with your order reference, name, and reason. We may verify attendance logs or download logs before approving. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where technically possible.
7. Processing time and chargebacks
Approved refunds are initiated within fourteen business days; banking networks may add additional time. Please contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues directly. Abuse of refund rights may lead to declined future enrollments.
8. Cancellations by Api Flow
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date. If a session is rescheduled with more than seven days notice, refunds follow the rescheduling policy emailed to participants.
