Repurposing without flattening your voice

Shortening a long article for social often strips the verbs that carried conviction. We use tone ladders: each channel gets a maximum formality score, a banned phrase list, and a signature opener pattern.

The ladder is not cosmetic. It changes which evidence you lead with. A newsletter might foreground a customer quote, while a community post leads with a question drawn from the same interview.

Teams that adopt ladders spend less time in rewrite loops because reviewers evaluate against explicit channel rules instead of personal taste.
